I'm Janine Malyon — a senior creative and marketing operations leader with over two decades of experience designing the systems, structures, and workflows that make creative and marketing functions perform at their best.

I've led creative operations, marketing operations, and production at scale for globally recognised organisations including Dyson and the National Trust. My work sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and operational rigour: I don't just design frameworks — I support teams to properly embed them.
